Cartoon Bubble?

What would be the best way to add a cartoon bubble to a photo that I can add text into. I have a project where I would like to put several versions of a picture into a slide show where the bubble will seem to dissolve into the photo after it is viewed for a short while. I think I can handle the transition, just can't figure out the bubble thing.

There are thought/talk bubbles in the shapes tool. :)

Thanks Gary for what I guess should have been the obvious!!!! Sometimes you get crazy looking for some complicated way to do something.

I miss shapes all the time. I think they are there then it takes me half an hour to find them.:)
