I've downloaded and saved some brushes into my PSE5 library with no problem. A few days I downloaded some but must have made a mistake at the end. The brushes are there but they downloaded under calligraphy brushes. I can find them fine but wondered what was there to start with since the new brushes I downloaded are all that are located there. Did I somehow eliminate brushes under that heading? I tried to go back to the default mode several times thru the pull down directory and preset manager with no luck. Any ideas? I didn't want to lose the ones that were already there and don't want to start over and lose those that I successfully downloaded correctly - those come up in the drop down directly correctly under their own names. Where did I go wrong and how to fix it? Thanks, Chris

Hi Chris,
While in the Elements brush palette, did you use Load brushes from the flyout menu? If you did, you may have loaded your new brushes and then somehow saved them overwriting the calligraphic brushes.
I have attached the calligraphic brush set. Go to your Presets/Brushes folder and rename the existing calligraphic brushes to the name of your new brushes, then unzip and copy this file to your Brushes folder.
Then restart Elements and see if you have both sets. Hopefully, you will.

Diana - I got your reply and I really appreciate the help. You sent me the calligraphic brushes for PSE 5 since I somehow got a set saved there that deleted the actual calligraphic brushes. I downloaded the file you sent and got the calligraphic brushes back. I had purchased and downloaded the set called EH! Enchanted brush set from the digital scrapbook store that has caused the problem. I really like them but can't get them to save. When I go to the menu called load brushes the file name for this set comes up and I load it but it won't save. In the meantime since I kept fooling around with it I managed to mess up the basic brushes, dry media burshes and wet media since it did the same thing. Evidently I need not fool with this set of brushes again. Could you please send me the basic, dry media, and wet media brushes also? I promise to discard this set. It has caused me enormous trouble. Thanks for your help.
