Linda snapped this earlier today, and was gracious enough to let me manipulate and massage it a bit in PSE. Basically played with the light and contrast as well as stroked it a few times, but the original photo was so good it really needed very little at all. I placed it in my gallery also. Harvey

You captured the irridescence on his wings perfectly. That's hard to photograph I've found. Great job

Harvey,
You are definitely the bird man. Now if I only could get you to come here and get rid of the woodpecker that's destroying my siding.

Ron, Anita, Kim, Charlotte, and Suzanne thank you all.
Not sure what I could do about the WoodPecker Ron other than suggest you hang a fake snake on the siding where the woodpecker attacks.....might work. Bird's are really strangest of creatures, their actions/thinking are way out in left field of the animal kingdom. Harvey

Harvey, the fake snake doesn't work, we tried that. We also tried fake owls and hawks, didn't work either. Beaitiful little birds but annoying as heck at 5:00 in the morning.
