Egret in a tree

I chased this Egret from one side of a pond to the other. He or she finally gave up and landed in a tree. I guess that isn't too unusual since they actually nest in trees.

LOL! I can just see you chasing that bird around now! But you got a great shot! And they do nest in trees. I've seen them at the very top of some really tall trees and on the flimsiest of branches!
