...There wolf,... there castle. (I hope there are some Young Frankenstein fans here or that joke just bombed real bad) Anyway, I hope you like wolves. This beauty is a resident at Wolf Rescue. Meet Takoda, he was an abandoned pup now being raised by Wolf Rescue. For a donation they put you right in the cage with the wolves to take pictures. He was just waking up from his nap, very friendly fellow & a very handsome wolf.

"Igor, would you mind telling me who's brain I put into the monster?"
"Abby someone..."
"Abby who?"
"Abby normal."
Great picture!
And I think I would give the donation but pass on being put right in the cage with'em, if you don't mind!

What a beautiful animal - what a beautiful photo
you went in the cage with full grown wolves?
You are brave - but what a photo experience you had. I want to see more of your photos, please.

Here are the other two, the first one here was massive, I really had no idea how huge they are. The other one was injured in a fight with another wolf (The white one with the groovy cast) & a handler stays in the cage with you:rolleyes:

Igor: "There wolf, there castle"
Dr. Frankenstein: "Why are you talking like that?"
Igor: "I thought you wanted to!"
I think there are more than a few "Young Frankenstein" fans here!
Great photo, Rob! Are you going to adopt him? :D

Rob, Great pictures. We supported Wolf Haven in Tenino, WA where they rehabilitate individual wolves as well as participate in national wolf recovery programs. They are such magnificent animals.
It is "Fronkensteen". Mel Brooks is a genius. Of course the actors in that movie were spectacular too.

Dr. Frankenstein: What a filthy job.
Igor: It could be worse.
Dr. Frankenstein: How?
Igor: It could be raining.
