I was in Wales on Wednesday and met this rather fetching knight (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/gallery/view_img.php?id=24877) standing on the site of his (once) medieval castle (now in ruins).
Rob, I thought of you and your dragons and that you would like him. :)
He certainly has presence and would, I imagine, be quite sinister after dark (especially as he overlooks a car park behind a pub).
He is Llywelyn the Last as he was the last Welsh Knight to be in charge of Llandovery Castle in the 13th century.
I hope to re-visit under different light.
Gotta love these medieval knights. :D

Very neat!!!!
I had to look up my family tree! I thought I had a Llwyelyn in it and I do but it doesn't look like th same one. Maybe this is his son? I am a direct descendant of Llywelyn ap Iorwerth (The Great). Then again, this branch is in question but I have other branches that lead to British Royalty that are correct. I just find it all fascinating!!

Lisa: I love the perspective of the shot - the clouds provide a nicely ominous background. The B&W conversion is really good, too...

Thanks Julie, the B&W has the 'original' sky, the colour one I borrowed some sky from a shot which I took 5 minutes later and 2 minutes into the town centre, one of those situations where it can be hard to think both photos were taken on the same day. We seem to be into 'changeable sky' season for our weather. :)
