My kids love the goofy stuff like pictures of my wife with Lucille Ball's head, etc., so I have fun doing those things. When I save an image from the internet it generally says its a jpeg and the size looks fine when I bring it up in PE5. But when I cut the head and move it to my own image, it is incredibly small. Am I doing something here. Not looking to steal anyhting that is copyrighted, by the way. Just for the kid's giggles. Thanks for all of your help.

Most of the graphics and pictures on the web are at 72 ppi. Your images from your digitial camera are probably 300 ppi. So, when you move the head from the 72 ppi image to your 300 ppi image it is going to shrink.
Option: Change your image (of your wife) to 72 ppi - your will have to resample, so make sure you are working on a COPY of your image - using Image->Size->Resize.
