Corner picture holders

I thought that I saw a Tutorial on how to make those fake picture holders for the corner of the pictures. anyone have any clue where they might be located. I know this is the place to ask for help.

In the artwork and effect pallet, to find the "frame decorations
1. go to art work and effect area
2. under artwork, - select graphics on the drop down menu
3. in the same are of the artwork, select frame decoration on the drop down menu

Hi Hal ...

Its in the Subscriber Area>Videos ... dated September 2005. Its by Dave Cross and it makes a rather nice corner with a double layer effect :)
