Hi Glenn ...
... and welcome to the forum :)
Click on the Subscribers area at the top of this page. Then on the left hand side you will see learning tools ... click on Extras. Then scroll down until you see Volume 2 No 3 ... Pet Extras.
Click on download to download the zip file and just above it is the link for the video that shows how to install them :)
Do let us know if you sort them out OK :)

Thanks Wendy for the instructions. I was able to launch the PET extras without any difficulty. I have another question that you might be able to help me with. I had to reformat my hard drive so when I went to watch the video I did not have a probram to view it with and I can't recall what program I had previously used. Any suggestions as to what program I can download to view the videos with? Thanks for the advice in advance.

Hi Glenn
Welcome to the forums.
The videos in the subscriber area are all Quicktime movies. You will hve to get the player from Apple
www.apple.com
Just guessing about the url but it shouldn't be hard to find. Come to think of it I think there is a link on the video page.
Hope this helps,
Gary.

Hi Glenn,
The url for Quicktime is:
Windows: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
Mac: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/mac.html
Make sure you disable your anti-virus software during installation.

Well,I spoke a little too soon. I can view videos put out by Quicktime and even the video put out by Scott Kelby but when I tried to view the videos in the tutorial section but I could not bring them up. Any suggestions?

One issue has been that people don't wait long enough for the video to download. It will usually say done in the lower left corner when it has completely downloaded. Could this be the issue?

Will, thanks for the reply. What I discovered is that if I hold down the Ctrl button and then left click on the mouse, the video will open. Then once the video opens I have to double click anywhere on the screen and the video will play. This information may help other people who have trouble opening the videos.
