Camera Raw requires a minimum display resolution of 1024wide by 768 pixels highl. Your display is set to a lower resolution.

How and where do uyou change the resolution??

that would be your monitor resolution...

Windows; right click desktop>properties>settings. You can change the screen size and color bit here.
