The last newsletter I recieved was Vol. 4, No. 3. I see that there are downloads in the Extras section for a newer issue so I know it's out. Who can I contact to find out about this?
We discontinued our mail for a week for vacation. I ended up getting sick the second day, coming home the third day, and going into the hospital two days after that where I remained for 12 days (ended up having surgery on day 5). In all the confusion, I have no idea what could have happened but I'm sure it never made it into our mailbox. My husband knows how much I look forward to recieving it so he would have told me if it had come.
I hope someone knows who I can contact to find out about this. Thanks

If you click on HOME at top, then scroll to the bottom, click on Contact Information, there you will find this phone number: 866-808-2793
Call them and I know they will help you out.
Sorry to hear of your sickness and surgery. Glad to know you are out of the hospital now.

Thank you so much! I knew that there had to be a way to contact them but couldnt find it!
It's great to be home and getting better. I can be at the computer longer now and so can work awhile in Elements. I really missed it!!

So sorry to hear that you have been ill ... and do hope that you are feeling a lot better now :)

I am sure that Customer Service will be able to help about the missing newsletter ... they are very good !

Thank you, Wendy. I'm recovering not as quickly as I would like but my surgeon said I was doing well and it would take longer since I had been sick and had had not eaten for a week before I even went into sugery and then nothing for 5 days after that (bowel obstruction).

I e-mailed about the missing newsletter and have had a reply allready that they were shipping a copy to me. What amazingly fast service!!

Hi Martha ...

Oh my goodness that must have been just awful for you ... and not eating for so long just wouldn't have helped your recovery. Lets hope that now you start to recover a whole lot faster :)

Customer service were really quick with your query !!
