HI everyone! New to forum, need a little help!

Great forum by the way, you guys and ladies sure know your stuff. Have a lost puppy on you hands. Navigated my way around a little in Elements 5, tried reading the help section but still having a problem (I know it's me) with raw pics. I installed the latest raw 4.1 update and that worked fine to copy the pics from camera (Rebel XTI) but when you finish editing the raw pic how do you save it to a JPEG image so you can e-mail it and also see the image rather than a gray box. Do you know what I mean? Thanks in advance, JohnnyVMan

Welcome to the forums.:)

What you have to do is hit the 'Open Image" button in the lower right of the RAW editor. This will open it in Elements and you save it from there.

After you edit picture in Camera RAW click > open image.
Image will open in PSE Editor.
click File> click Save As > at this window change name of picture (you can just add a number or letter to the original file name) at Format drop down choose JPEG, this will open the JPEG Options window. Under Quality choose a number from 1 to 12 to change file size for email. After choosing a number the file size will show at the bottom of window. Click OK.
