I have downloaded a few of Panos Freebie Actions such as the puzzle and cube. Included in the download are both a graphic and descriptive thumbnail. How do I install just the graphic thumbnail under my Artwork and Effects/Special Effects and make it work? I've missed something somewhere. The actions work just fine but I don't need the descriptive thumbnail and the graphic one is not active even though I can place it in the correct window. As usual I know the answer is simple and once again my tiny brain willl be jolted into action by someone out there.

Hi Bill,
Which version of elements are you using? They are different for 4 than 5.

It sounds like you put the psd file without changing its name. In PSE5 you can either choose not to have the psd file (so you'll get a description but no graphic) or change the name of the psd file to thumbs.psd in which case you'll get a clickable graphic.
Personally I've given up adding thumbs.psd files as you can only have one in a folder and it gets confusing when you start adding lots of actions.

PS Panos does say on his site under the PSE5 instructions that "in PSE5 you don't need the .psd files to run the effect" It should probably say DO NOT install the psd files to run the effect.

Thanks Michelle, Tony. I am using PSE 5. I decided to do as Tony suggested and just use the descriptive thumbnails. Everything seems to be working fine. Thanks again..Bill
