I AM A NEW PAID SUBSCRIBER. WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN, IT SAYS I NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE NEW CODE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING THE 800 NUMBER FOR THREE DAYS BUT THE ANSWERING COMPUTER ALWAYS DISCONNECTS ME. HOW CAN I GET THE CODE?
