Error Message - what does it mean?

Hi,
I am getting the error message when saving both .psd and .jpeg files. Nothing else is open but internet, outlook and Editor.

"There was a problem accessing the Organizer catalog. It may be in use by another process or a disk error occurred."

Can you help me?

first thing to try is - in the Organizer workspace do a

File > Catalog > Recover

This does a cleanup of the Organizer catalog and will resolve many problems - but alas not all problems. So do tell us whether it fixes that error for you.
