adding patterened pages

I would like to add a background scrapbook page from the internet to photoshop elements 5.0 backgrounds or to a file....how do I do this?

Hi,

Keep your dowloaded scrapbooking files in a folder and when you need to use them in Elements, just open one the same way you would open a photo file. From the menu File > Open - or right click on the file and choose Open With...Photoshop Elements.

What I've learned?

Although you don't load scrapbook paper into Elements - be very judicious about what you do add into Elements - the more junk you have loaded in it, the slower it runs.
