installing custom shapes

I found some custom shapes with the CSH file at the end and I can't remember where to install them in PSE 5. Could anyone help me on this?

Oscar, the shape files (*.csh) will be in a folder at this location (on a PC):

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 5.0\Presets\Custom Shapes

and also into their own directory here (make a folder and drop the .csh file into it):
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\5.0\Photo Creations\artwork\shapes

it's a hidden folder.

(*to toggle viewability of hidden folders, from any folder, click
Tools>Folder Options... , then choose the View tab, find the section for Hidden files and folders, and click the switch for "Show hidden files and folders" )
