Just in the last day or so, I've been getting this error message when trying to save a file:
There was a problem accessing the Organizer catalog. It may be in use by another process, or a disk error occurred.
It looks like it's still saving the files, but I'm not surre why the error message is popping up now.

Try doing a File->Catalog->Recover in the organizer.

Is this because of moving my pictures from my C drive to an external harddrive (E)? Will I have to do this every so often when moving my pictures or doing backups or whatever? I'm just not understanding why it started in the first place.
Thanks for the response!

The underlying database that PSE uses is just Microsoft Access, which isn't the greatest in the world. The command just does a little cleanup and database compression. I would do it after moving a lot of pictures, after editing a lot of pictures, after tagging a lot of pictures, or any other time you want. It won't hurt.

I was getting that error because my computer's RAM wasn't able to process my requests fast enough. My organizer was trying to update itself with a new file I created, while I was trying to save another. I was working with too much and my RAM couldn't handle it. I upgraded to 2.0 from 512 and I have not had any problems with it again.
The minimum requirements is 512 ram, but you really need more. Hope this helps. :)
