I have seen links to this plug-in on different sites including this one but I can't get the links to work. Tried a google search and went to the photoshop.plugins site and tried to download it that way. Does anyone know if this plugin is still available or has maybe been removed?

Vesta, did the link work for you? If so, then maybe its my firewall or something because when I click on it i just get a screen saying "internet explorer cannot display the page."

Hi Mary and welcome. I clicked Vesta's link and it worked for me. It could be your settings or maybe your browser is being attached by gremlins. I have been blaming everything on them today. Close your browser and restart it and see it that helps. Usually does for me when I get the message you did.

Worked for me too and I see I've missed a few versions - it's now 2.0 - mine was still 1.7 :o
The download I just downloaded is here:

The instructions are to put the opened zipped files in the Photoshop Elements plugin folder. I am thinking I put three of the four files in the plugin folder leaving out the readme file.
Am I correct?
Thanks for your help!

David: Elements doesn't seem to be very fussy about where you put it - I think that mine has all the files in a folder called Smart Curve and it's in Plug-Ins>Filters - but it only needs 3 of the 4 to work (2 are the help files)

Toney, thanks for responding to my request for help.
I followed the second set of suggested installation instructions on the Smart Curves website..........(Instead of storing the files in the fixed folder it's possible to save them in any folder and tell PhotoShop to use it by: Edit / Preferences / Plug-Ins & … / Additional Plug-In Folder. Set the check box and select the folder where you stored SmartCurve.). I selected the folder where I loaded the filter file and the two help files. Clicked OK and rebooted.
Opened PhotoShop Elements. I went to Filters and there was easy.Filter and SmartCurves. This worked.
Now I have not used it but have accessed it after opening a photo in full edit. A menu is on the right side of the Smart Curves box with the word "Info". Clicked on "Info" and I get the help pages.
So I think I am there. Just will have to learn to use it.
Thanks again Toney..........David

I tend to keep any extra filters in an outside folder that way I know what is original.:)
