Opening two images

I have two questions:
First: I am trying to follow the Layer class lessons but I can not figure out how to get all the layers that are in the lessons. How do I get two images on layers are the same time so I can combine parts together? When I open one image, it comes up on a layer but when I try to open the second image on a layer the first one goes back to the image bin.


Second question: How do I find Kimi's Homework?

Anne: It's been a while since I did that course but I suspect that you need to have the images tiled. Windows>Images>Tile should do it or there is a little icon with 4 small squares up at the top right that does the same thing.

Kimis Homework is down in the Challenges and Contest Section. I think she posted a link to all the old ones somewhere - if I find it I'll add it.

Here's Kimi's note with links to the first 20. 21 through 25 are more recent but you should be able to find them in that section:

Thank you for the help and information, Tony and Bayla. I have completed 7 days of lessons in the Layers Course and am beginning to feel a little better about the situation. I will start with Kimis Homework today.

Did you find the Bonus lesson at the end of lesson 7? (There's also one after lessons 14 & 21) They're very easy to miss! As far as I can recall you need to scroll down on the download page to find them.
