View Full Version : Installing Jodi's bevels

I have tried all afternoon to load Jodi's bevels style:confused: I can't get it to work despite viewing the video on downloading it and following other written tuts. In desperation I even tried loading in PSE4 instead of PSE5 thinking that might work.

In Windows Explorer:

PSE5 version I couldn't find the Application Data folder, but did find the presets and put it in there with the other asl files. (in it's own folder with the same name) Didn't work

PSE4 I found the presets\styles folder in this and put it in there ( as advised in the written tut I have. Opened up PSE4 to find they hadn't loaded either.

Can anyone tell me what I may have missed? I did copy and paste the folder instead of dragging - could that have done it?

The Application Data folder is a hidden folder, so open your C: drive and click on tools > folder options. Click on View > Hidden Files and folders > Show hidden files and folders.

Then go to documents and settings > all users

Your application data folder should be in there.

Hope that helps!

Wow, have I learned something. Never again am I going to fiddle around for a few hours trying to work something out myself. My problem was solved in no time once I asked the 'forum family'. I had no idea about hidden files, no wonder I couldn't find it!

Now working brilliantly, and I look forward to starting my downloading frenzy!!!!!!

What can I say but HUGE THANK YOU once again :D:D:D
