How do you hide Photoshop Elements using the keyboard shortcuts? You know like Cmd H.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Tawana,
Try Apple Control H
Not sure how it show on your keyboard but on mine it is the keys to the left hand side of the spacebar Apple (first key to the LH side and Control 3rd key to LH side).
Now just don't ask how it get it back again ... I haven't found that yet :)

hey wendy,
apple control H usually works in other programs but for some reason it is different in PSE. See:

Hope you can still help me!

Hi Tawana,
Yes I know what it says there ... seems to indicate Shift Apple H and Photoshop shows just the same symbols but on my set up Apple Control H really does hide PSE3 ..
I'm using Tiger on the PowerMac and Panther on the iMac and it seems to work the same on both.
However, I do have quite a few programs on them and it could be that the keyboard shortcuts are being overwritten somewhere.
Does it not work on your system?

Well that option isn't in the Windows version -- I guess we just use minimize. Looks like a neat feature though!

Will,
On the Mac its under the Photoshop Elements menu (on the far left hand side).
For hidding bits of Elements have you tried hitting the TAB key yet :)

I think I need to do a post mortem on the Tab key -- didn't seem to do anything. If I remember right PSE 2 responded to the tab key for various things.

Hi Will,
With the Mac version TAB hides most of Elements and just leaves your image and the filebrowser open. It did the same in PSE2 as well.
Looks like another Windows/Mac difference :)
