Hi everyone
This is totally new to me.
I have reinstalled my Photoshop Elements 4 and since doing so when I try to back up my catalogue I keep getting an error message that the disc is dirty or scratched, they are always brand new disc's I try can anyone please help me

Have you tried backing it up to your HD and then copying the catalog to a CD? I'm wondering if there was a glitch during your re-install that is producing a false error.
