Missing Thumbnails in the artwork/frames Galleries

Hello, all! First post!

All of the thumbnail previews of the artwork and frames have disappeared from my editors (Full and Quick). I've tried reinstalling the app but no change. :(

That's odd (and congrats on your first post). Try rebuilding the artwork and effects cache by holding down the shift key when you restart the Editor and see if that restores them.

sometimes when you effects, actions to Elements 5 it doesn't rebuild the Artworks and Effects file. Shift - Restart forces Elements to rebuild the A & E file.

THANK YOU! I spent all night trying to figure out why my new PSE5 :) only would show up one of the actions I had added:eek:! I had tried everything so came in search of some answers and found you all here! This tip worked like a charm and they are running smooth as silk now! Many thanks.

Off to read more of all the super info here so I can get a handle on it!
