If Kimi is going to post belly dancers,
I can get away with slipping in partial nudity :D

Thanks, Smiles,

When he's a bit older, maybe I can hook him up with your little red-headed sweetheart :D

How cute is THAT! I really love the drinking-from-hose one. I can see that on the cover of some Family or Parenthood magazine!

Rusty,

How adorable. I think the baseball cap makes it even better. (Be sure your head is covered.) Oh those little ones sure can make our heart sing, can't they? Thanks for sharing.

I like the strategically placed green bucket! Reminds me of a picture of myself aged 3....all I'm wearing is a pair of socks & sandals and a sunhat:eek:

And before anyone asks, no I'm not going to make it public....unless I can clone in a bucket or other accessory. I still can't believe my father actually took the picture and then had the temerity to put it in an album for posterity! I never did that to any of my kids!

Rusty, cute photo. I bet when Chris gets older he will not want the photo being passed around at family reunions. Thanks for posting. Your photos of Chris always make me smile. He is adorable.

Now that's a "keester keeper", Rusty. Nike should pay you for that ad.

I'm glad you all had as much fun looking as I did putting this together.

Linda, he was not only drinking out of the hose, he was swinging it around so the adults sat well back from the pool.

Mary Ann, I didn't catch the "sunshade significance" of the cap, Ha Ha, you are right.

Yes, Bayla, I was careful in my snaps. If there wasn't a well placed bucket I did a lot of crops. I have no intention of causing him grief when older. Why don't you borrow the bucket from this picture and post yourself at age three :)

Michelle, Norma, Kim and Charlotte: thanks for looking; I obviously agree, I think he's a pretty cute little guy. It's too bad that we only had him (and family) for 10 days; then it was back to the Great Frozen North.

You may have wondered: all of the Chris pictures I post have him in glasses and some with a patch. He has a "lazy eye" - I forget the exact term, I think "amblyopia" is how it sounds - something like that. The glasses are corrective and he is supposed to be patched four hours a day. The doctors are pleased with progress and say it's slowly correcting. Surgery is an option if the glasses and patch don't do the trick.

He's really funny when the patch is on. He cocks and moves his head like a little bird to see things up close. :)

Those are great, Rusty. And I agree with Linda--the shot of him drinking from the hose is very good. It would be a nice stand-alone image!

I know you'll miss Chris and his family when they go back home. He is adorable, the photos are great!:)

Mike, my problem is, I've got a dozen drinking from the hose :)

Sifting thru for the best "keepers" but I'm not hasty to delete ... let 'em sit for a few days and then come back to review again. That's one thing about digital -- there ain't no 36 exposure rolls :)

If you aren't careful you end up with folders clogged with hundreds and hundreds of ordinary-to-poor quality snapshots. I have to force myself to do necessary housekeeping.

I've got quite a few quality stand-alones in the series I took in the "pool" - all I gotta do now is find them :)

Gail -- I was typing when you posted, I just love "keester keeper". I should have had this for the week the photo theme was "the letter K" :)
