Adding a Cowboy Hat

I want to put a cowboy hat on someones head and I am not sure how to do it so it looks realistic. Any ideas? As well where can I find a picture of a cowboy hat.

Hi ...

There are several places where you can pick up clip art .. I tend to use this one:

http://www.morguefile.com/

Just type in something like cowboy and hopefully you will find a hat :)

Once you find your hat you will need to make a selection around it and then copy & paste it onto its own layer.
Once you have done that just drag it over into the photo
Resize it using the move tool and then its just a case of see how it looks

At that stage it may be easier to post a link to your photo so that one of us can help :)

Boy, she is a cutie!! I did this one really fast using your cowboy hat!
Not perfect, but you get the idea!! My family are cowboys/girls...calf rope and team rope, barrel race, etc!

Hi ...

You don't need another hat to do this one ... just make a copy of the existing one in the photo, scale it down using the move tool and adjust it to fit.

I am going away for a few days but one of the others should be able to help you with this :)
