When opening PSE 5.0 it used to give you the option to open up different parts of the program i.e. editor, organizer, etc. Now it simply opens up directly to organizer and when I try to open up any editing option it pops up with a window that says "unable to connect to editor aplications"
Then I get a second window saysing "unable to continue b/c of a hardware or system error -- sorry his error is unrecoverable"
I am using Vista and have attempted to Repair the PSE through Uninstall Programs. Any Help?
I have done the following:
installed the update pse 5.02 on Vista.
reinstalled Elements,
set "Run as Administrator" on both organizer and editor
and still NO luck -- PLEASE help... this is a brand new computer and PSE program
