Andrea,
great work on the restoration. I think, not being biased, that the teddies are perfect for the background.

Andrea,
Wow! What an excellent job of restoration. You put a lot of effort in this restoration and it shows in the after image. Great job. Look forward to seeing more of your restoration in the future.

Hi Norma,
Glad you like him, didn't realize you were on the other side of the state!!!! Love the parrots at BG. Never been there... Hubby's and my work schedule don't gel to well together. When we do have time off together, too much other stuff to do:( Thanxs for the kind words....

Kev,
So glad it turned out the way it did. I think the teddies did the trick, thanxs to you. Maybe you can point me in a direction to find something antique. Got one more restoration, and the background has pieces missing from it. Circa @ early 1900's. Bad shape. Just maybe you can help.

Hi John, Thanxs for the very kind words. Did put alot into this little guy. I really like doing this. Doesn't leave much time to learn all the " goodies ", that the others play with. Nice website and gallery....

Hi Michelle,
Thanxs for the kind words. Background is Kev's Teddy Bears... Yea, this other one is going to be a real challenage. Been doing a little bit at a time. It will be awhile before it is done.

Hi Connie,
Thank you for the compliment. It does take alot of patience, something I didn't think I possessed. It is satisfying to be able to see the end results in this and what the others in the forum are doing with their creations.

Andrea,
Looking at this new task, my first thought is scrap it. However I looked closely and it seems there might be a trace of a pattern on the wall, wallpaper maybe. Anyhow I'll have a look to see what I've got.
Kev.
