So Filter Forge is a plug-in for PS. Wonder if it would work in PSE5. The cost for the program itself is rather cost inhibitive for me right now but that fireworks filter really looks interesting. Thanks for the link.

The plug-in does work in PSE (at least if you have Windows) but the filters aren't free as far as I can tell - it's going to cost you $99 minimum to be have "free" access to them.

Wendy: It's an interesting marketing concept. You need the plug-in to run or make the filters. You can get a free 30 day trial. If you create a filter during that time that gets accepted as a "free" download you get the program free. My suspicious mind says that's highly unlikely so after 30 days you're stuck with a bunch of filters including the ones you made yourself that you can't use unless you buy the program. Hmm :(
