Hi;

Please give me some advice or any suggestion on Travel Data Storage, "Epson", "Jobo", "Wolverine"...

I'll really appreciate your input.

I just came back from a trip in which I used the Epson 5000 and was very happy. I was able to delete unsharp images on the viewer as well as sort images into a "best of" folder as I went along. It also has the ability to copy files into an external hard drive for additional back-up protection. I was on an almost 3 week safari and didn't run out of memory despite shooting raw. I've been able to use bridge to browse the device after connecting to my mac. Was a popular srorage device with other photographers on the trip. Linda

I'm a photo assistant for a travel photographer who shoots about 10-20GB a day while on assignment. On our latest 2-month China trip, he shot about 800GB of images!
I have three 80GB Wolverines and several WD passport HDs at 160GB each. In China, I bought a HD case with stand-alone card slots, similar to the Wolverine, except that I can open up the case and swap out the HD inside. So I bought four 120GB internal 2.5" HDs for swapping. While in a large city for several days, I took one of the Wolverines with "greatest hits" on it into a DVD place and had the technician burn a set of DVDs which I mailed to myself back in the US.
For domestic travel, I take a laptop and a JOBO DVD burner along with a couple of Wolverines, but I find the laptop and discs too heavy for overseas travel.
For many photogs, Epson P5000s are great, but for me they are too heavy and not enough GBs to be useful.
One note - anything you take with you can break, get dusty, or otherwise stop working. Things get stolen or lost. So redundancy is great. In fact, 2 of my Wolverines stopped working on the last week of the China trip (just got back, so haven't cleared up that problem yet - I can see the images as an ext HD but cannot use the Wolverines as stand alone right now... I suspect I just need to reformat them). And the JOBO DVD burner I got as new turned out to be a refurbished item (!) so JOBO sent me a new one as soon as I complained. It has worked fine so far, but all CD/DVD burners on the market are sensitive to dust and must be kept clean and out of the elements.
