ok, ok Dragonfly here. Enjoy the happy Dragon fly on my stucco wall. I took the picture about 2 years ago & I finally found it (mis-placed the photo a while ago). Amazing little Sony "point & shoot camera" I had.

Thanks I was just hoping he did not fly away. I was cutting the grass when I saw him so I ran inside to grab the camera & was able to get a couple of shots before he took to the friendly skies.:D

That little dragonfly is a 12 spotted skimmer. I have one that comes to my water garden everyday. They like to have thier pictures taken and will hold still for long periods of time. I have one in my gallery. You have a nice shot of the little guy sitting on your house.

So as your dragonfly is at an angle, how did you get all of it in focus? Every time I try one of those shots, the head will be OK but I lose depth of field on the rest of it. Nice shot
