Here is my first attempt at this kind of photo collage. I had SO much fun with this one. I am going to do it again soon with some better quality pictures. My camera was set wrong so when this is printed out it doesn't look as good as it could look. Oh well, I had a great time working on it.
Also the tree on the left is actually from a different picture-one of a golf course. I took out the power lines and a building and put in this tree instead.
I tried to take out the house but I couldn't get the swings chains to look right. So I just cloned out all of the windows out of the house so it isn't quite as distracting.
Let me know if anyone has any ideas!! Thanks!!

Love this, Becky....did your daughter squeal with joy when she saw herself all over the gym? Such a great idea!! Thanks for sharing.

Hi Becky! I started a thread about your collage a little while ago. But, I'll say it again - I love your playground picture. Great work!

Thank you for your comments!!
Yes, she thought it was hilarious to see herself on everything. She thought I was crazy when I was taking all of the pictures though! :) It was SO much fun to do, you should definately try it.
Julie-I LOVE your newest pic-the baseball one. I have looked at it quite a few times to get some ideas-hope you don't mind!
Denise-I have looked at your gallery quite a few times also. I love all of your B&W's-especially the "A Quiet Maddie". It is beautiful!

Becky: Just ask if you need to know how I did anything in my baseball image. You can probably figure it out yourself, but I'm here if you need me! And, thanks for the compliment...

That's really cute!
(In my tweaked way of thinking, I might add some motion blur to each picture, as someone that age really is one as you try to keep up with her, visually or otherwise.)

JulieM- on your baseball image. How did you get the "grunge" look of the background??
Thanks again!!

JulieM- on your baseball image. How did you get the "grunge" look of the background??
Becky: The grunge look on the baseball image is made using brushes. I got them from Designfruit (http://designfruit.com/jasongaylor/blog/2005/07/01/worn-photoshop-brushes-for-high-resoloution/), which has a lot of excellent brushes. The brushes were applied to a separate layer after everything else was done. Once applied, I selectively erased around my son using the same brush to get the effect I wanted. And used a regular tipped brush to erase the grunge which covered my son. If you haven't used brushes yet, you'll have fun!

Thanks Julie! I will definately give this a try. I haven't worked with brushes too much so this should be fun!
Thanks everyone for all of your compliments!!
