Whew! I really need to reorganize my life!!! The past couple months have been so crazy! School is out (for my boys). I took a 2 month class. I had an incredible amount of orders from my business plus we took our vacation (finally) to Florida for 2 weeks! Plus, I still care for 3 boys (ages 2,2 and1) full time!
If you all remember I bought a new camera, the Canon Rebel xt. I had not even had a chance to edit any pictures never mind uploading them! Anyway, I was able to upload a few of my favorite pictures from the ones I took without my boys and updated my gallery.
There is no way I can ever catch up so if there is anything I missed that I need to see please point me in the right direction!
I hope to at least find the time to participate in Kimi's weekly creative homework!! :D

Welcome back Christine. I think it is hard to sneak a peak when you are really busy but now you are back you have to get your priorities right - PSE and forum first thing in the morning - then if you can pull yourself away - other things like kids and business!!!

Michelle! I really wished we had more time in the Sarasota/Tampa area .. next time though! We plan on staying and not going to the other coast. Of course we had to get the obligatory skyway shots LOL ;)
Thanks Wendy! I have more pictures but needed to update my gallery with a few. :D

Hi Pink Tx!! :D
Wendy! Thanks for the heads up on DDD!! I remember the preannouncement and have been waiting for the official! I just registered. It asked me who referred and I put PET .. it did not like that so I put your name down ;) I can't wait to sit down and take a good look over there!
Hi Norma!! Yes, we took the boys to Disney and Animal Kingdom. Had a wonderful time! We have a timeshare on Cocoa Beach so that was nice all around! We missed the shuttle launch by 1 day! You can see the launch pad from the beach at the resort. Someday, we will catch it!

Christine, glad to hear you had a good time at Disney! I know Cocoa Beach very well. My husband's kids (and ex-wife) live there. So we've been there quite a bit. Too bad you missed the shuttle launch though. That would have made some good shots!

Charlotte, Kim & Dorrie! Thanks for the welcome back! I am still working on setting a certain time aside. I really have quite a few projects I want to do in my head but have not been able to sit down and play in PSE :( I plan on playing more here for a while ... at least until my holiday rush :)

Hi, I noticed that you bought a Canon XT, I presume the picture of the flowers were taken with that camera? Do you use auto setting on the camera and if so, have you seen a lot of underexposed pictures when using auto. Reason why I'm asking is because I also bought a Canon XTI last week and I have had a lot of underexposed shots in auto setting, I didn't have that problem with my 4 mp sony point and shoot camera. I'm also using the kit lens on the canon which I'm really not happy with.

Hi Danny, Yes I am running on autopilot for now. I have found that the photos are pretty dark and need to be 'brightened' up after downloading. Yes, the photo of the flowers were taken on auto with the Canon. I guess we need to pull out the manual and figure out how to actually use the Canon and change the settings huh?
