Here's a site I happened upon that has a lot of cute free (small) clipart.

I didn't find the 'free' aspect as each image seemed to be over $1.50 each.
Perhaps I missed a trick?:)

Hi Ted,
Click on one of the small thumbnails and a new window will open with a larger version of the graphic. Right click on that and Save or Copy it. If you click Copy and then go to Elements and File > New > Image from Clipboard, you can load it into Elements and make it a little larger, if needed, remove the white background and save it as a transparent file in PNG format, then use it in one of your images or scrapbook pages as an embellishment.
