Organizer problem(s)

I get this message: There was a problem accessing the Organizer catalog. It may be in use by another process, or a disk error occurred.

Also, when I go to catalog recover, it gets to 66% amd then freezes.

How can I fix these problems?

How long have you let it hang at 66%. Many people have seen it hang, but left it for a few hours (or even overnight) and it does eventually complete. Even when I recover a "recovered" catalog, it seems to pause at 66%.

I'm not sure about your first problem. You can try holding "ctrl" as you start the organizer and see if you can get past it.

My Organizer is working again. All I did that might possibly have solved the malfunction is run Norton's One Button Cleanup, and CCCleaner.

As for the hanging at 66% I will try waiting longer the next time.
