I have tried a few plug-ins that I don't use so have deleted from the files they were loaded in Elements. They still show in my filter menu. One is SimpelFilter/ Colormixer the other is the buzz filter. The Colormixer will not run because it says the file is not there, the buzz runs. I even ran a search on my computer with the colormizer and did'nt find a place it was hiding.

So, my question is how to I get it to go away in my filter file. Oh, I also did a reset and checked all my preferences again.

Thanks
Michelle

Hi Michelle: If I understand your question correctly just go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 5.0\Plug-Ins\Filters and delete the filter names you don't want. Deleting from the hard drive deletes the files but leaves their names in the filter folders. Hope this helps you. Geo

I finally found the Buzz filter and deleted that but I still can't find where the colormixer is...
Thank you for the reply.
