Reflections video technique question

Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I am getting stuck with the gradient. As you can see in my screen shot, I have grey at the top of the middle layer. However, in the video, the grey is at the bottom. Also, I still have the sharp line in the center. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sarah

Hi Sarah

I can't tell for sure from the screenshot, but two things come to mind.

Either you have reverse checked in the option bar, or you are dragging from the top down when you drag out the gradiant.
