When I click to view Day 18 video (Restoring and fixing common lighting problems in photos with blend modes), only a large gray screen appears. After a short while, the video will start but with no sound.
This is the first time the above has happened; however, it is common for me to click on "watch the video" and nothing happens. At other times, I can get the video to open and begin playing, but there will be no sound at all.
To try to correct this problem, I make sure that my pop up blocker is turned off (it is); make sure my volume on my speakers is turned up (it is); and make sure "mute" is not checked in my volume control (it isn't). I then go in and do a "disc cleanup" to try to clean out some space just in case that is the problem. Sometimes (not always) this will correct the problem; however, at other times it will not.
Have any of you ever had this problem and, if so, what can you suggest I do to correct it? Is it the video itself or do you think there's something that I do not have set properly on my computer? Funny that it will work sometimes and other times it will not work. Today, for example, the video isn't working properly on my computer; whereas yesterday it was. There have been times when I would turn off the computer, restart it and it would work that way. Other times, it would not. Weird.
I have sent an e-mail yesterday asking for help, but no response yet, and thought some of you guys may have heard of this type of problem.
