Problem with latest subscriber video

This is a new problem for me. When I click on 'View Video' I get the usual screen come up with a blue Q in the middle but it has a question mark in the middle & nothing loads. I have absolutely NO PROBLEMS wwith any other Quicktime videos! Anyone have any ideas what's wrong this time?

NM I just started clicking and found it Coreys new one...

It took about a minute to load then it played, how long have you tried to let it load?

I'll talk to the web guys about it when then get in to see what the delay is.
PS I was using a Mac what system are you using?

OK after a quick conference with the webteam, the only difference in the video is that it has to download completely before it will start playing as opposed to QT streaming. Time before it starts will vary with your connection speed.

It doesn't load at all. Left it for half an hour & nothing happened:( I'm on a PC BTW.

just tried to run the video. I got the screen up with the big Q, no question mark. It says transferring data from - and still had that showing after 10 minutes, gave up.
Think it must crossing the pond by canoe!!:)

Ummm ...

I just tested it and it is working just fine now ... and I didn't have to wait until it had loaded so maybe they have changed it over :) :)

Just try it again and hopefully it will work this time ...

i to had this problem. i did a diskclean up. restarted computer, and tried again , it finally worked.

Tami, I can't load the "Reflections" video either. That is the only one causing me problems. Let it load 10 minutes, blank screen with question mark in middle.

I can't offer any helpful hints but I did go to the "Subscriber Area" and downloaded the Reflections video with no problem. Using a PC here.

Wendy, I just got off the golf course and tried the video again and lo and behold it works just fine. My golf game didn't work very well either, do you have a quick fix for that...........Thank you
