My Daylily Surprise

Posted an image in my gallery of my New Daylily.

I went to the flower show a few months ago, bought 3 of these. They were just babies and the grower said they probably wouldn't bloom until next year. One of the plants decided to surprise me. Yeah! :D :D

An amazing flower -- did you Photoshop it more than just putting it on a black background. The colors astound me.

I bumped the sat and contrast up a little. +3 maybe on both.
Those are the true colors. I am just so pleased with it. :D

Will: I found the colors astounding also. Did a Google image search on the particular daylily, and, sure enough, they really are that colorful, although Kimi's photo is significantly better than any of those that popped up.

Not that we would have doubted Kimi.....:D

My husband took me away for a surprise anniversary trip (I knew we were going somewhere just not where) to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Our daughter was with Grandma and Grandpa. Now we're back home and it's back to the real world!!
