Hi all,
I took a stab at using Mike's technique, on p. 20 in the new techniques newsletter.
My daughter asked me to take pictures and come up with "something" of her
BF at a fundraiser for his HS band.
I know I got carried away with how many "Mr. D's" I placed here, but figured his students will get a kick out of it. I plan to get it printed for him to take to his school as a 16x20 poster. Still not sure of the font (banner) at the very top. However with only 1500 to choose from now, I got confused and just couldn't make up my mind. Open to suggestions.

Hey, that looks great! Nicely done. And for what it's worth, I like the font. Must have been a slow ice cream day, to have time to take all those shots!
Ellen, that's a great line, by the way!

Thank you ALL!! I did love this tutorial, and looking forward to 'doing the others too.'
By your comments, I will leave the fonts alone and not torment myself anymore. (But oh, how I love those fonts!!!:p)
I did send it to Meg. She is thrilled, and George...well, he does not know about it yet;). He will see it until he returns from a trip to Greece (family) in a month.
Actually, there were plenty of folks that were there that day for the 'fundraiser'. I just took as many clickies(not on auto), as I could manage for a plan. (They were not posed per se, as in Mike's directions).
One more thing I will be honest about...Bill took me back there on Friday and iI took another pic of the counter w/o anyone there.
Then...
this is a ..."new" chapter of how Michelle can screw up something in elements....and that was how I 'got' the super multi colored background/gradient thingy that is there. I do know what I did, just not sure why it happened~not complaining.

Michelle, great pic, another unique take on the tutorial, it has turned out super :)
If things get as busy as in the pic I'm sure he already feels like he needs to be in 10 places at once, I know how that feels
Well done!

Thank you Kim and JoJo.
I guess he does feel as though he was in 10 places at once, or frozen in time.
I need to remember those cute lines for another project.
They sure have great ice cream!
