The Brumback Library in Van Wert,Ohio was the first County Library built in the United States. The first part was built in 1899 and then in 1991 a new addition was added. We went inside and is very impressive with the volume of books they had.

I used the brushed edge effects ( in Vol 3 #8) to do the border around the picture, instead of using the brushes they suggested to use I used a Thick Heavy Brush #91. Also added the drop shadows to the layout.

Rachel, that looks great! If you have the possibility on your version of PSE, you might want to straighten the building up a bit. It is listing to the right!
