I noticed this farm the other day and couldn't resist a picture.

It does offer an amount of solitude.

With that location you can crank up the stereo (digital media) and not worry about bothering the neighbors -- but it looks peaceful and that would be a nice place to live. Good shot, did you use landscape mode or some other setting?

Hi Will;

I shot it in program mode with iso 400, f/11, focal length 22 mm.

I am trying to shoot with the creative modes as much as possible.

Great shot Gary, looks like a really peaceful place.
Makes me want to pack a picnic basket and leave the city :)

Beautiful place. Love those famous NE stone walls! I often wondered how
they made so many, and some so perfectly fitted up. One of those "minor" yet amazing feats.

Gary we're fortunate be surrounded by farm country. While we live in a small town in a subdivision, these kinds are farms are all around us. (most of my daughter's friends live on farms so I've spent a lot of time driving down dirt roads dropping her off at one place or another). It is really beautiful and I'd rather be here than in the city any day.
