Salisbury Cathedral

A simple montage of views of this beautiful Cathedral.
To make it different I made the background and the frames using the Stained Glass backgrounds by our own Jodi. I thought that the stained glass windows make cathedrals and churches come alive. The photos all seemed to be leaning one way or another but using the Camera Distortion filter I managed to straighten them.
The reason for the small photo of the Magna Carta is that Salisbury has one of only four surviving copies of this very important document. Important to our American cousins as their Constitution is based on some of the laws in the Carta.

Fantastic photography and presentation! I visted there on a trip about 10 years ago, and your shots bring back it's beauty. Cathedral design and building (considering the time) is just so incredible. Great idea including the Magna Carta also... I'm a bit of a history lover and saw an original in the document room of the British Museum in London, including the seal I believe. Great work! :)
