Video tutorial

I wasn't sure where to post this but I've been trying to view the Poster tutorial and I cannot get it to load completely, it gets to just after the selection part and quits. I really want to learn this technique as I have a couple places I'd like to use it. I can load all the other tutorials just fine. Anyone know what's up?

I just downloaded the Poster video and it worked fine -- try rebooting you computer and try the download again, sometimes that does the trick.

I've tried that once and it still stoped at the same spot. It really has me puzzled. I won't get a chance to work on it again until later in the week, Thanks for the suggestion.

Janie--I has a problem with my lessons stopping at the very same place repeatedly. It puzzled my computer wizard (a real human) who finally discovered it was the router. Maybe you need to get someone to look at your "outside" computer system. Mine was fixed and I've had no problems since.

I'm also having a problem with the latest video tutorials. Can't get them to fully download with my dialup connection. I used to be able to get them, although each one took almost an hour. But now they seem to stop downloading a quarter to half way through.

When I had this problem (on more than one video), Tami suggested clearing the cache & deleting files.....eventually it worked, but took me a few days of trying before the entire video loaded....
