Can I Uninstall PE 4.0?

I noticed that although I have loaded and am running PE 5.0, my old version, PE 4.0 is still installed. Can I go ahead and use the control panel to uninstall v. 4.0 or is there some dependency that requires me to leave 4.0 installed?

That is a question I have also wondered about Dan. I would also like to know the answer. How will it affect V5 taking out V4?

Hi ...

Yes you can uninstall PSE4 ... but the uninstall may well unistall Adobe Gamma too. That isn't a problem as Adobe have put Adobe Gamma on the PSE5 disk so you are able to reinstall it from there ... :)

I installed 5 and then removed 4. It was taking up too much space. I didn't have any kind of problems.

Remember to move everything out of 4 that you added.

Why bother removing them, as I 'think' I have everything installed into 5?
Besides, I am sure I don't have a clue what I installed and what I did not, unless it is in graffi, panos or Jodi folders?

I may not un-install V4 for a while as I am not hurting for space. I have a 200GB drive, with 128GB still free :)
