difference between Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop Element 5.0

Hi friends, I am interested in technical difference like tools and photo editing features. Can anyone tell me difference between Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop Element 5.0 apart from price? Can I achieve same photo editing results from photoshop element. How easy it is to work on Photoshop CS2 once you learn photoshop Element.

Sad... This is the 3rd time some genius has "photoshopped" this article... Like I told the last 2 people... Davis the link you posted was not a valid response to her question. That link covers the differences between CS3 and Elements. She asked about CS2. And NO they are not the same. CS3 has fetaures that were not incorporated in CS2.
