Malfunctioning PSE5 Organizer

Using PSE5's Organizer results in a Windows "program not responding" message. I can edit photos, so far, with no problem, but going to the Organizer doesn't work. The page comes up, and I can move for a short while from one to another entry on the history bar, but then the 'not responding' message pops up.

I am using PSE5 with the VISTA operating system. Could that be part of the problem?

Have you downloaded and installed the 5.0.2 patch that is specifically for PSE 5.0 on Vista?

Thanks much for the suggestion re the Vista update. I did do it and the Organizer works just fine.
