Removing White Line in Extractor

When I use the magic extractor to remove a subject from the background everything looks good until I go to place it in a layout and then I notice there is a thin white line surrounding the subjects. Does anyone know how to remove it? I have tried various methods but nothing seems to work.
It's driving me crazy.........:confused:

Ctrl click on the layer to turn it into a selection. Go to edit >modify>contract and chose 1-2 pixels, then invert your selection and delete that extra. Depending on the kind of edges you have you could even feather by 1 pixel to make them softer to blend in better. These numbers are just an estimate. It really depends on the resolution of your photo.
