I am really excited that Viovio has finally released a 10x10 option! http://bestsmileys.com/excited/3.gif I've been asking for that size for nearly a year now.

Right now it is available in harcover only. They are showing "leather look" covers for it and I just emailed them to see if custom photo covers are going to be available like they are for the smaller 8.5" x 8.5".

Now I have no excuse not to get my tuchas in gear and finish my daughters baby book! :)

I'm glad to hear the resources for scrapbooking in different sizes are finally catching up.

Personally, my favorite size is 8x8 - you can do traditional square pages and still print at home. You can even create at 12x12 and easily convert to 8x8. I was glad to find that now scrapbooks are readily available for 8x8 pages.

When I first started I did everything in 8x10. Had almost 2 years done of my daughter's baby book in that format before I decided that square format was the way to go. I now create everything in 12x12 - since it can be easily resized to fit so many different printing options.

The reason I was pushing for the 10x10 book was for my kids baby books. :) 12x12 is just a bit overwhelming in size and hard to store on a standard bookshelf. Their 8.5"x8.5" is a nice size but I wanted something just a wee bit bigger. 10x10 is a nice size for something extra special. Most of the time however I will continue to have books made in the smaller size, which has softcover as an option.

I owe a big thanks to the person who first mentioned Viovio on this site. I was going to use a much higher priced company.

Well I for one don't really like the cover options currently available for the 10x10, since I like to create my own. But I do like the size. :)
